Yep. Take a stock cover, trace it to 3/8", cut it (that's where the plasma comes in handy), then fabricate the body, weld in a bung and hope it doesn't leak - that would probably take me 2 weeks to complete!

All that talk about cutters is from the HF tool. That tool is a punch with different size "punch" dies, then you insert a dimple die and you're good to go.
